The Proposal
Bylaw No. 481-23proposed to amend the Town's Land Use Bylaw by allowing the location of residential dwelling units on the ground floor to the rear of any commercial use in a Central Commercial (C1) District building while maintaining a commercial front façade.
Public Hearing
On October 10 at the Regular Town Council Meeting, a motion was passed to not give any subsequent readings and defeat the Land Use Bylaw Amendment.
